Wine brand Piat d’Or has extended its consumer PR campaign following the success of its dinner kits last year.
The campaign continues to focus on the dining theme, with the help of TV chef James
Martin. This time the Diageo brand is promoting the ‘top 10 kitchen cupboard essentials’.
The consumer press promotion, aimed at busy career women, recommends the ingredients that no kitchen should be without, such as free-range eggs and olive oil. It adds that all the flavours mentioned would go well with Piat d’Or.
“Like our wines, the ingredients are accessible yet taste great when served,” said Jenny Wallace, brand manager.
Piat d’Or was the first wine brand to be launched in the UK in 1979, and is still the most popular French wine brand according to ACNielsen.
