Andy Duncan

CEO, Camelot

Last ranked: 62

Duncan copped a lot of flak from the public when he doubled the price of a lottery ticket to £2 and made it harder to win by adding more numbers. But in the eyes of retailers his gamble paid off, with record full-year sales in 2015 of £7.3bn and in-store sales rose almost 7% to £5.9bn. The CEO’s move also earned retailers £330m in commission from ticket sales.
