The near-the-knuckle style of ad campaign for WKD created by Beverage Brands has been adapted by Halewood International for its premium packaged spirit Red Square. It has put the brand's red square logo to novel use for a series of ads in style magazines including lads mags Loaded and FHM. This will be supported by Red Square's cartoon style TV advertising running in some ITV regions, Channel 4 and selected Sky channels. Marketing director Bob Rishworth said: "While the TV ads are fun, we have taken a cheekier direction with the print ads to appeal to our core target audience. Summer is a key time for us and we are supporting this with an assault on TV and in print." {{DRINKS }}
