Delhi's top restaurant The Bukhara at the Sheraton Maurya Hotel frequented by royalty and top celebrities is moving into retail with the launch of recipe dishes from its classic repertoire. Parent company, Calcutta-based ITC-Welcomgroup, has formed the Kitchens of India brand to market the range. First offering is canned Dal Bukhara, a recipe that takes 18 hours of slow cooking to prepare. Lamb Kundan Qaliya and Chicken Chettinand from two other leading Sheraton restaurants will follow.
