Swedish Match has recruited Kylie Harper as brand manager for its fledgling Bryant & May barbecue and home fire range.
Reporting to Gareth Piers Newton, category marketing controller, Harper will aim to boost Bryant & May's barbecue range listings in outlets including multiples and forecourts.
She will also be responsible for driving sales of Swedish Match's popular match brands and Cricket lighters. Harper began her career as a sales representative for New Zealand Dairy Foods.
She then became trade marketing assistant and brand manager at household products company Clorox before moving to the UK and joined Dairy Crest as category trade manager. While there, she oversaw a successful marketing strategy for Select Farm cream.
