A north Wales dairy specialist is bidding to say ‘good morning’ to more consumers with a range of breakfast yogurts for retail.
Llaeth-y-Llan (Village Dairy) is introducing Bora Da!, the Welsh translation of ‘good morning’, into the market after unveiling them at this week’s Speciality and Fine Food Fair at London’s Olympia.
The range contains no colourings or additives and is made up of Grapefruit, Orange and Cereal; Apple and Cereal; Blueberry, Cranberry and Cereal; and Apricot and Cereal.
The company has already created a following for its yogurts in the restaurant and foodservice arena and customers include Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Restaurant in London.
It is also aiming to grow its skills base by taking part in the Sainsbury Supplier Development Programme.
