Young's Seafood has promoted chilled marketing director Yvonne Adam to lead marketing activity across the brand.
Adam, who has been with Young's since 2005, says her priority is to support a push to increase sales from £257m to £300m a year over "the next growth period".
Adam's previous roles include senior marketing and commercial positions at Premier Foods. She replaces James Turton, who has been appointed new product development director at Foodvest.
Adam's appointment follows a restructure in January by Young's owner Capvest. This led to the creation of the Foodvest group, which brought together its seafood brands to create one of Europe's largest seafood and frozen food companies.
The restructure also transferred production of retailer own-label products from Young's to another Foodvest fish business, The Seafood Company, leaving Young's marketing team to concentrate on its branded chilled and frozen fish lines.
