Allied Domecq is planning to take over the majority of the Adshel sites outside the major multiple grocers in the final two weeks of the year. It has booked 3,400 sites between December 18 and January to promote its three key brands just as consumers go into the stores. They are outside Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury, Safeway and Somerfield stores and will feature ads for Tia Maria, Courvoisier and Teacher's. Marketing director Grahame Cox said: "This will cut through the marketing noise and hit home when a large proportion of purchasing decisions are still to be made." {{DRINKS }}
