Perrier Vittel has revealed the UK is "high on the priority list" for the next phase of its Nestlé Aquarel spring water brand roll out. Dates have yet to be finalised but Jeff Caso, senior vice president, marketing and communication, said he expected the brand to be number one spring water in Europe within five years. Aquarel and Nestlé Pure Life (a treated water available in parts of Asia and Latin America), are the first water brands to carry parent company Nestlé's name. Both brands are multi-sourced. Positioned as a reasonably priced water with low mineralisation for families, Aquarel was launched simultaneously in France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg and Belgium in May 200. A substantial backing campaign is set to include sponsorship of the Tour de France this year. {{MARKETING - P&P }}
