The Big Food Group has recruited Lee Pinnington as head of home shopping marketing, with a brief to capture a larger market share.
Pinnington will be responsible for all aspects of home shopping marketing to customers.
He was previously a consultant for the Reality Group, developing clients' customer relationship management strategies. Before that he fulfilled similar roles for Sainsbury, GUS Home Shopping and MBNA.
Pinnington replaces Gerry Bagnall who has left to start his own business. Iceland home shopping md Jon Grey said: "Our focus is to provide the best home shopping experience."
