Poultry at a fifth farm in Norfolk are to be culled, Defra has said.

The farm, which is within the existing surveillance zone close to the original outbreak of the deadly avian flu virus H5N1, has been classified as a 'dangerous contact'.

"This decision has been taken based on new information which indicates the possibility that the poultry on this premise may have been exposed to infection,” said acting chief veterinary officer Fred Landeg.
