Steve Hathaway, MD of pastry supplier Brittons of Devon, has continued expanding the business with two new appointments to its sales team.
John Savege has joined the group as national sales general manager, tasked to target the wholesale, cash and carry and retail foodservice sectors. He was previously a sales manager with Grampian Convenience Foods and Padley’s Poultry, where he was responsible for the development of food brands.
Hathaway said: “John will bring a raft of expertise to Brittons with his proven track record of business implementation and success at driving sales. He will be a great asset to the team.”
The group has also appointed Craig Bode as national accounts manager. He joins from The Cheese Company.
