Cuticura is turning to TV advertising for the first time, embarking upon a £1.5m campaign this week for its anti-bacterial Hand Hygiene range.

The campaign, which runs until 19 August, features a train journey and focuses on the product's ease of use and portability as well its germ-killing properties. Suzy Wynbergen, head of marketing at Keyline Brands, owner of the Cuticira brand, said: "We see this as the way to raise awareness of the brand together with the importance of hand hygiene when soap and water are not available."

Cuticura Anti-bacterial Hand Hygiene Gel is available in Original and Citrus fragrances and claims to kill 99.99% of germs in 15 seconds.
