An RTD brand claimed to have aphrodisiac properties has fallen foul of industry watchdogs before even making it on shelf.
The Portman Group is urging retailers not to stock Roxxoff because it said the marketing was based on sexual success. It also slammed Roxxoff's website which boasts the drink contains herbal libido boosters'.
The line from Yours Alternatively has provoked several complaints.
In a second ruling on websites promoting drinks, the panel upheld complaints against WKD. Beverage Brands has agreed to make changes to the site as it was deemed to appeal to under-18s because of its "saucy" content.
