Cranswick has promoted company veteran Jim Brisby to sales and marketing director.
Brisby has spent 15 years with the business and previously held a similar role for Cranswick Country Foods, a major subsidiary of the meat processor.
In a statement, the company said Brisby had been “an integral member of the team that has grown the business over the years”.
Earlier this month the company unveiled a 19% rise in sales for the previous quarter, including organic growth for the period of 6%.
