Macrae Food Group, part of Young’s Bluecrest, has appointed Yvonne Adam to the newly created role of marketing director.
Macrae said Adam, who is already business development manager for Young’s chilled brands category, would bring substantial marketing expertise to the business. She will be responsible for ensuring that marketing knowledge held within the Young’s Bluecrest Group is successfully utilised by the Macrae business.
Macrae has also appointed Victor West as procurements and business projects director. West has been with Macrae for 11 years and was previously procurements director for the group’s Fraserburgh site.
West will be responsible for all Macrae seafood business purchasing activity as well as liaising with the wider Young’s Bluecrest Seafood business in all purchasing matters.
