Healthy snack and cereal brand Eat Natural hopes to double exports to the US and Sweden after boosting distribution.

Exports of the company's bars ­account for about 20% of its turnover and the US and Swedish markets have an annual retail value of about $500,000 and 500,000 respectively.

Co-founder Praveen Vijh said a new contract with US distributor Haddon House and listings with Swedish retail giant ICA and healthfood store HKC should double exports next year.

The company was also celebrating winning back listings with Dutch supermarket chain Albert Heijn, lost five years previously.
