Cadbury has confirmed it is launching a new brand to take the chocolate maker into completely new territory.
As revealed in The Grocer six weeks ago (May 15, p62), Cadbury has been developing wafer-thin chocolates, which one buyer described as a unique snacking proposition.
The new curve-shaped, light and crispy chocs, called Cadbury Snaps, will take the confectionery giant into the indulgent sharing category.
Launched on September 6, Cadbury Snaps will be available in three variants - milk chocolate, orange and hazelnut - and will retail at £1.75 for a 140g box.
