From March 14-17 the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham will play host to the largest gathering of UK regional and speciality producers under one roof.
Expo Visitors will also have the opportunity to attend the Convenience Retailing Show 2004, which is taking place at the NEC on the same dates.
The show will give buyers from the foodservice, retail, manufacturing and wholesale sectors opportunities to sample and see an eclectic mix of products from the UK and abroad.
Exhibition director Andrew Reed, of show organiser William Reed Exhibitions, part of the group that publishes The Grocer magazine, said: “Food & Drink Expo will be bigger and better than ever before.
“As well as attracting the largest ever gathering of UK speciality food and drink firms, the response the event has had from international exhibitors has been phenomenal, reflecting the massive importance of the British food and drink market.
“I am confident that the show has all the ingredients to make a visit a profitable experience for traders large and small.”
