Demand from retailers looking for large distribution centres to serve just-in-time delivery systems and e-commerce has resulted in plans for a £100m industrial development at Redhouse interchange, near Doncaster. The greenfield site, over 200 acres, can house up to to 2m sq ft of industrial, storage, distribution and office space. Developer Teesland Group says the project will be "occupier driven".
