From 1 November, the high-street baker will donate 30p for every meal deal it sells, and 15p from sales of its sweet snacks, to the charity. Greggs will also sell official Children in Need merchandise such as wrist bands, Pudsey Ears and trolley keyrings alongside sausage rolls and steak bakes.
Staff will also wear fancy dress in shops and take part in various money-raising stunts, such as sponsored leg waxing, busking and going for a dip in the North Sea. Last year, Greggs raised £904,850.
Greggs has worked in partnership with the charity since 2006 and has raised £2.2m to date.
The Children in Need event takes place on Friday 18 November.
