Bake-off specialist Speedibake has appointed a new marketing director and sales director.
Tony Lucas joins from St Ivel as marketing director, while Russell Parsonage is the company's new sales director.
Lucas will oversee marketing for both the retail and foodservice businesses.
He has more than 20 years experience in the food industry, working in both retail and manufacturing arenas in own label and branded goods.
"I intend to use my experience on both sides of the industry to generate concepts that meet the needs of our customers and the end user," said Lucas
Parsonage ­ who was sales director of Hibernia Food Group's frozen ready meals business ­ will head a newly restructured sales team, divided into retail and foodservice divisions.
"We are well placed to lead a very dynamic market," he said.
