Women find online grocery shopping tedious and complicated according to a recent survey commissioned by broadband communications specialist Enteraction TV. The survey, involving panels of housewives, found 80% had found the experience of purchasing groceries on the internet unsatisfactory. Bland product lists, confusing descriptions and few pictures were a turn off while the ordering process was also found to be "long and laborious". Sainsbury and Tesco came out on top but shoppers found their grocery lists "went on forever without pictures, video or sound" to assist them. {{NEWS }}
