The British Meat Processors Association is advertising for a deputy director and technical officer. For the deputy director role you'll need knowledge and experience gained in a career in meat processing or meat products, or a graduate level qualification. You'll be expected to manage the policy implementation and day-to-day needs of the association's sector committees, as well as managing industry manufacturing assurance standards. For the technical officer role, the BMPA wants someone with a food technology or similar qualification.
