The organics bubble shows no sign of bursting as far as IFE exhibitors are concerned. There are 14 companies presenting under the organics banner but many others have organic products within their portfolios. Highlights include Alara Wholefoods' new tropical and branberry organic mueslis and Doves Farm's new organic malt loaf and brown pitta bread. The company is also unveiling revamped packaging on its flours. Joubère Chilled Foods has two new organic ranges ­ microwavable porridge and four organic dairy desserts, including coffee syllabub and pannacotta with wild berries. Organic Italian food, including salami and regional cheeses is on Linea Import Export Sas' stand, while Alvis Bros is launching organic British cheeses under the Lye Cross Farm brand. New arrivals in organic drinks include Bertrams Exclusiv orange juice from importer Dan International, and an elderflower pressé from Belvoir Fruit Farms . Icefresh Frozen Foods is showing some organic vegetables, while Ridpath Pek offers organic hot dogs and milk chocolate covered fruit and nuts in impulse sizes Other organic specialists exhibiting are: The Village Bakery, Amy's Kitchen, Whole Earth Foods, London and Scottish Spirits, Luscombe Cider, Nordex Foods, Proexca, Shipton Mill and Queenswood Natural Foods. {{FOCUS SPECIALS }}
