Harvey's cool move

This summer Harvey's Bristol Cream sherry bottles will come with thermochromic neck collars that tell consumers when the sherry is at the right temperature to drink. The initiative is part of a £1m campaign encouraging consumers to drink sherry cold.

South African winery Cloof has launched a wine specifically for the off-trade called The Dark Side. The wine, rsp £7.99, has lots of black fruit character and has been described as "having curves where other wines don't have places".
