Attic Futura has predicted that its soap magazine Inside Soap will break the quarter of a million mark in this month's round of ABC figures, marking a fitting celebration for the title's 10th birthday. The magazine's ABC in the last audit was 240,174  up 2% on the previous year. The anniversary issue, on sale this week, is a special bumper 76-page issue, with a birthday supplement. There are also exclusive competitions to win a rare opportunity to visit the television's EastEnders' Albert Square set and to tour the Emmerdale village. Attic Futura points out that over the last 10 years Inside Soap has increased its frequency from monthly to fortnightly and doubled its circulation. Steven Murphy, Editor of Inside Soap, said: "The past decade in the soap world has seen shootings, stalkings and sex scandals, peppered with the occasional plague, paternity case and prison sentence  and some of that has even happened in the storylines. Inside Soap has been pivotal in taking soap fans to the heart of their favourite shows and stars with its unique mix of gossip, news and cheeky comment. "We are delighted with our 10th anniversary issue and hope our readers will join us in raising a glass of bubbly to the next 10 years  whatever they may bring. "We are also looking forward to continuing the celebrations with the 2002 Inside Soap Awards which take place in September." {{CTN }}
