Specialist ingredients retailer Julian Graves plans to open 15 kiosk style outlets in hospitals, railway stations and shopping malls over the next 12 months.
Property director Neil Dixon said the chain had trialled the kiosk concept over the last year.
It has already opened kiosks in Southampton hospital, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary as well as Norwich, Manchester Piccadilly and Glasgow central railway stations. Dixon said the two existing hospital kiosks were proving popular with staff as hospitals tended to be on the outskirts of town.
