This week's prize for keeping a cool head while technology was going into meltdown goes to Landmark's senior trading controller John Searle.
He was supposed to be explaining to an audience of nearly 400 suppliers how Landmark was adapting to the changing market.
But after begrudgingly displaying his first two slides, the projector refused to go any further.
After some frantic but fruitless button-pushing, Searle quipped: "We are changing, but my slides are not."
