Lindt is to pump a £4m marketing spend, including TV advertising, behind its confectionery offering in the run-up to Christmas.
The chocolate maker is also promising a raft of "exciting and affordable" gift solutions for the festive season.
Part of the push will include extending the Lindor brand with a range of seasonal items.
A 200g Christmas Cornet will have an rsp of £2.99 while a limited edition 337g version will retail at £4.99.
A range of edible Christmas tree decorations will also feature with a pack of seven 20g ornaments (rsp: £2.99) .
A spokesman said Lindt was looking forward to another successful Christmas after posting impressive sales figures during the season last year.
Information Resources figures showed that Lindt's inlaid assortments enjoyed a 37% sales growth compared with 1% for the category, while sales of its Swiss Tradition brand rocketed by more than 70%.
