Holland’s Pies has appointed Paul McCann trade marketing manager, responsible for marketing across its van sales, wholesale and cash and carry activities in the north-west.
His other duties will include developing strategies to support independent retailers such as
fish and chip shops and takeaways.
The company, based in Baxenden, Lancashire, said one of his first tasks would be to oversee significant trade activity for the company in the new year. McCann reports to commercial director Nigel White. He has held sales and marketing roles at Tennent’s, Whitbread and Greene King.
“I’m aiming to identify opportunities for further growth while consolidating our existing customer base,” he said.
Holland’s has also appointed Mike Watts process technologist to develop its products. He previously held posts at Ginsters and Kerry Foods.
