Strathmore Mineral Water Company has promoted sales director Keith McIlwain to MD following his work on relaunching its product range last year.
McIlwain helped to update the image of Strathmore Clear Mineral Water by establishing it as a core label at events such as the Glastonbury music festival.
McIlwain said he looked forward to overseeing the ongoing development of the brand as it continued to extend into new variants in the coming year.
He has worked for Strathmore's parent company Matthew Clark for several years.
After serving as marketing director for Strathmore, he became sales and marketing director for its cider brands, including Blackthorn and Gaymer's Olde English. He then rejoined Strathmore as sales director.
