Marmite fans can carry portable portions of the black stuff wherever they go, thanks to a packaging innovation from Unilever UK Foods.
The company is spreading the love of its Marmite brand with Love Portions - mini heart-shaped pots in a net. Available in bags of six (rsp: 99p), the format means consumers need never go without the sandwich spread, whether they are at a picnic or even on holiday abroad.
“Marmite Love Portions will add category value by allowing heavy users to add them to their repertoire and giving light users a new way to enjoy Marmite,” said Cheryl Claverley, marmite brand manager.
