Golden Wonder is to roll out its Bugles trial snack nationwide and back it with a £5m TV and radio spend. The company predicts the newcomer, on shelf from September 17, could be worth £35m within two years despite being pitched into a fiercely competitive market. The corn-based snack (rsp: 27p) is aimed at 16 to 24-year-olds and comes in three flavours ­ cheese, BBQ and salt and vinegar.
