The Financial Times is to target key UK cities this month as part of its 2001 marketing campaign. The five cities are Edinburgh and Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol, where Illuminated signs at railway stations and on roadside posters on main commuter routes will be put up. Advertising campaigns will be launched in the regional press. The FT's UK and Ireland sales manager Jeremy Baulf says: "Our aim is to consolidate our strong gains of last year and to continue to focus on building FT sales in business communities outside London. The support of retailers in accepting Financial Times vouchers has played a major role in our past successes. Once again we are asking them to work with us to continue to build FT sales." {{CTN }}
