Britvic has revealed its new-look board of directors ahead of its intended flotation on the stock market next month.
The soft drinks giant has said that current MD Paul Moody will become its first CEO on flotation. Moody has been MD since 2003 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. He joined in 1996 as director of sales for grocery multiples and was made chief operating officer in October 2002. He previously worked for Golden Wonder and Pedigree Petfoods.
Woolworths chairman Gerald Corbett will join Moody on the board as non-executive chairman. Corbett has been chairman of Woolworths since March 2001. He is also chairman of healthcare product supplier SSL International and health club chain Holmes Place.
Chris Bulmer, Michael Shallow, Bob Ivell and Joanne Averiss have all been appointed non-executive directors. John Gibney will continue in his role as finance director.
