Pie and pastry family firm Saxby has appointed managing director Anthony Saxby as chairman, following the retirement of Jim Saxby. Peter Macielinski has joined the board as a non-executive director with a strategic brief. The firm is now run as three divisions: Bill Saxby is md of the pastry division; Steve Macro md of the filled products division, with Martin Bell as deputy md, while the foodservice operation is being run by general manager Chris Saunders. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
