The initiative forms part of its Lifelong Learning programme, created in partnership with training provider Belmont House UK. It will be available to ACS members for a fee. The package will include subjects such as people management and team work.
ACS spokesman James Lowman said: “People from independents and smaller multiples, which do not have the facility to run off-site training, will be able to come together to learn generic topics. But we’re also hoping the multiples will send store managers.”
