Convenience and CTN chain TM Retail said it was recording double digit year-on-year sales growth. Trading director Paul Baxter said the sales boost was partly due to initiatives in the home news delivery market.
Last autumn the company launched a Mags@Home for lower circulation and specialist magazines in all 1,200 of their stores, plus regular magazine home delivery service.
Another initiative was the launch of the first magazine “instore catalogue” which offers over 3,000 titles.
