The National Federation of Retail Newsagents’ chief executive Roger Clarke has left his post after six years at the helm.

Clarke will not be replaced and NFRN president Colin Finch is to take on the day-to-day running of the federation’s business.

Finch said: “Roger gave us a new lease of life. Seizing the initiative at a time of rapid change, he restructured our agenda to reflect the fact that few members could any longer survive on news alone.”
