Sandwich bar operator O'Briens has taken an 800 sq ft unit at Centre:MK shopping centre in Milton Keynes.
Rent on the 10-year lease is £55,000 a year. O'Briens now has more than 80 outlets in the UK and is pushing on with expansion.
Joint letting agents for Centre:MK are DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and Dalgleish.
