Jessica Parrish has landed the role of food and restaurants planning manager for Selfridges' food division.

She has worked for the fine food specialist for three-and-a-half years and rises from the position of food and restaurants concessions manager. She was responsible for introducing the Daylesford organic concession at the Oxford Street food hall in 2005, and launched Morelli's ice cream in the Birmingham store in December 2006.

Parrish will create strategies for events, help with the Oxford Street food hall refurbishment in the next three years and assist in expanding the food space in the retailer's Trafford store.
