Pernod Ricard has recorded a 68% increase in full-year sales to E6.066bn, from E3.511bn a year earlier, boosted by its acquisition of Allied Domecq last year.

It added that E2.390bn was generated in sales by Allied Domecq brands, with Stolichnaya, Montana and Malibu all increasing.

Sales in Europe rose 51.4% to E2.014bn, with good progress in Russia, Greece, Ireland and Scandinavia. More than 50% of its sales were generated in Asia and the Americas.
