The shop will open in Shoreditch's Boxpark, 'the world's first pop-up mall', on 28 November. The mall will be assembled from refitted shipping containers and will stay open for at least five years.
Pieminister's shop will have space for 20 seats inside and 40 outside.
"The shops are a great way for us to communicate the whole Pieminister experience," said co-founder Jon Simon. "In these difficult times, pie and mash is a very affordable eat. It's comfort food - quick, accessible, unpretentious and very well received.
"A further shop is due to open in Amsterdam in coming months - the first outside England for Pieminister. "We're going to tell the Dutch what British pies are all about," said Simon. "Hopefully they'll become big fans."
