Sales of tickets for last Saturday’s National Lottery draw were the worst on record operator Camelot has confirmed.
The main Lotto draw sales amounted to £39.2m the lowest total since it launched in 1994.

Scottish distiller William Grant & Sons, has bought Icelandic Pölstar Vodka from The Reformed Spirits Company.
Best-known for Glenfiddich malt and Grant's blend, the whisky maker’s deal is said to be valued at “several million pounds”, according to The Scotsman
The move will be followed by the construction next year of a new vodka distillery in Iceland to be operated by the Pölstar and wholly-owned by William Grant.
