United Co-operatives’ Food Group has promoted Caroline Quick to the newly created position of marketing manager.
Quick joined the society’s stock control team from university in 1999 before becoming a space planner, then convenience research manager, and then moving to marketing development manager.
In 2002, Quick won the Association of Convenience Stores’ scholarship award with a project detailing how a category commonly found in c-stores could reach its true potential.
In her new role, she will be responsible for managing marketing support for the store development programme, and research, advertising and the development of the marketing function. She will report to general manager, marketing, Susan Beetlestone.
