Camelot claims underperforming retailers have so far responded well to its Sales Improvement Programme, although no official results will be revealed until July. So far 172 out of 500 selected retailers have started the 24-week sales improvement programme, with more being added in two-weekly intervals. A spokeswoman said: "Retailers are responding very well to help from our field sales team to improve sales. The team is initiating more retailers on a regional basis every two weeks. A second batch of underperforming retailers will be selected in six weeks' time." Camelot this week unveiled a new logo, and announced it has finished installing a new National Lottery IT system which will see it through its second seven-year franchise. {{NEWS }}
