RHM has announced the sale of its Haydens Bakeries to The Real Good Food Company.

Haydens, in Devizes, was acquired by RHM four years ago and produces a range of bakery, pre-packed morning goods and chilled pre-packed pastries, most of which are supplied to Waitrose.

RHM chief executive Ian McMahon, said: “Haydens is a good business but no longer fits into the RHM divisional structure.”

He was confident that as part of the Real Good Food Group, “Haydens will continue to prosper in the future.”

John Gibson CEO of RGFC said: “We have exciting plans to develop this business as a core part of RGFC and to build on its success to date.”
