Allied Domecq's latest initiative on Harveys sherry is a summer sampling campaign based on English Heritage classical music concerts. It will be confronting music lovers at the outdoor evening events this month and next with Bristol Cream over ice and chilled Isis. The company is trying to break consumers out of the habit of drinking sherry only at Christmas and putting it forward as a year round proposition.
