2 The products appear to have a negative connotation in the shoppers’ minds so some fun could be injected into the category, though be careful of patronising the shopper.

3 Beware of out of stocks on offers/promotions - this seems to recur throughout the stores across the categories we are reviewing. Nothing annoys a shopper more than a good promotion that’s out of stock.
